+ Iran leader welcomes nuclear plan Tehran (AFP) Oct 29, 2009 - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday conditions were ripe for nuclear cooperation with the major powers as the atomic watchdog received an Iranian response to a UN-brokered plan.
