Many of us are asked to just "act" without necessary detail. Assuming knowledge slows progress and adds to general confusion and despair as badly as too much detail can bog down. Most people work full time (I don't), and time is of the essence. Some of us need to be educated on the fly with all pertinent information, not just part.
If someone has a clue as to what we are supposed to "do" with the electorate at this late date, I'll be glad to help however possible.
