In 2000 Bush stole the election by restricting the ability to vote by
those people most likely to vote against him. The abuses were wide
spread and the Democrats and other groups that believe in each
individuals right to vote put together an impressive attempt to make
sure that every individual that wanted to vote would not be turned
away. Everywhere you went there was booths where new voters could
register. Celebrities in commercials were urging voters to get out and
vote. Poll watchers were placed in polling stations across the country
to guarantee that every voter would not be turned away on any
technicality. What these well meaning groups failed to account for was
that they were defending the 2000 election fixing plan and not taking
into account that this election would be decided not by voters but by
the rise of technology. Every one might be allowed to vote but their
vote, and your vote made no difference at all. The programmers had
already decided who would win and by how much. Prior to this election
I personally sent out information to the media which should have been
provided to the electorate. It was not. The biggest turnout in
history had no chance to win this election or any other unless the
programmers of the voting machine allowed it. I believe they will
allow it less and less as the machines control the elections and the
Republicans control the machines. This is not speculation. It is not
a rant designed to make the losers feel better. I speak from first
hand information and unless people stand up and act, democracy in this
country is ended.

Regardless of partisanship, the essence of our voting process must have
integrity. Why are we allowing private for-profit corporations, loyal
to politicians that give them lucrative contracts worth millions of
dollars, manage our votes? How can we trust the outcome of our
elections when we have outsourced the managing of our electoral process
and the counting of the ballots to private corporations who keep secret

The truth about this election is this: Florida and Ohio had to go for Bush in order for him to "win" the election. In reality he lost both states. In fact, he did not even win the popular vote. He lost the national popular vote by at least 1,750,000. This shows you the scale of the fraud.

The exit polls were not wrong. Kerry was the clear winner, but victory was snatched from him.

Florida first. The 200,000+ margin of victory for Bush made this state uncontestable. Everybody assumes that even with some fraud, Kerry could never have made up the difference in a recount. But Kerry actually won by about 750,000 votes. The numbers were changed by a computer program (in both electronic and scan-tron voting systems) called "KerryLite." "KerryLite" of course is not actual name of the program. The actual name is 11-5-18-18 etc. For additional encryption, the numbers were jumbled but I'm not sure in which order. The numbers replace the letters of the alphabet. For example, K is the eleventh letter of the alphabet.

So the if-then statement goes something like this: "if total true Kerry>total true Bush, Bush x 1.04x (.04 is a random number)(total true Kerry), total true Bush". The second part of the equation takes the total number of votes cast and subtracts the new Bush total, subtracts the third party totals and leaves the rest for Kerry.

Sometimes the program would also reduce third party votes and award them to Bush. And even where Bush legitimately won, he was still awarded additional votes. The big Democratic counties (Broward for example) went to Kerry because it had to appear that everything was on the up and up. It's interesting to see this unfold. Does anybody wonder why the Republican counties were mostly counted after the Democratic counties? You should wonder, and also know that this was no accident. The Bush team had to make up the votes as the night went on.

In Ohio, computer voting fraud, vote tossing and voter suppression were the main methods. Vote tossing was simply the removal of Kerry votes and some third party votes. In some areas, the Bush vs. Kerry votes were absurd. Nine to one, eight to two.

Voter suppression took the form of making voters stand in four hour long lines. This of course took place in Democratic areas. The simplest thing to do was to have too few voting machines. Sometimes that's all it takes. People eventually lose patience and leave without casting a vote.

In other states such as New Mexico, Nevada, Iowa and New Hampshire, Kerry's leads evaporated very quickly once the polls were shut down. Kerry only won New Hampshire, but barely. As it turned out, the lead was 6% for Kerry in that state and not enough fraudulent activity took place to flip the state to Bush.

So this will all come out and be known to everyone. Nothing this massive can be kept a secret. You're already beginning to see these "irregularities" and the whisper will become a roar.

If this is true I sure hope we can prove it.

In the Watergate era, two reporters from the Washington Post had a source within the government who supplied them with information, and then the reporters corroborated this inforation. (Last night, watching the History Channel, I learned that Howard Hughes was, according to his personal memos, the reason for the break-in, because he didn't want the Democrats to know that he had contributed to both them and the Republicans... who knows if this is true, he was pretty crazy.)

Because of Watergate, people thought of the media as an investigative watchdog which would be a real check and balance on extremes of the government. The Press, after all, was protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and therefore did not have to reveal sources, as long as the truth would be accurate. But, around the same time, the mainstream Press began to be sued for libel (such as the Westmoreland case concerning drugs in Vietnam, and the Sharon case concerning the starving of a refugee camp in Israel), and the Press lost a lot of money, so they started to cut back on such investigations, and demand sources that were more forthcoming and could reveal their names and sources, more than "deep-throat." However, the public thought that, in some strange way (through private competition?) the press would continue to be our government check and balance, our arm of knowledge, and the way to keep people safe from reprisals while providing information. It is no longer true (because of a few big companies owning all the press, and those lawsuits).

The function of the press, although a good function, was always only one of the remedies. There is a requirement that if a person knows about a serious crime that they must divulge it, or they are considered to be accomplices after the fact. (Provided the F.B.I. or other enforcement groups are not part of the corruption.) According to the R.I.C.O.H. statute concerning organized crime, and also some other corruption statutes, it is possible to bring a criminal case, subpoena individuals, and have real information that cannot be suppressed. I am not a lawyer, but, I wonder... Whatever happened, for example, to citizens' arrest? Whatever happened to witness protection (although, it is true, if the entire Executive Branch is the problem, and they are the Justice Department, it would be difficult to impossible to be protected)? Why aren't the states investigating this themselves? Local, county, and state police ought to be involved. (Which is why Florida and Ohio are special problems, with Republican governments. Ohio will just "wait and see" until the new Republican puppet Supreme Court Justices are installed.) Could there be a national referundum with a list of voter's bill of rights? Every possible means must be brought to bear against these people.

Voting rights:

If bookkeeping is double-entry, and then a year-end trial balance is required, and yet another accounting for taxes, there should ALWAYS be a recount in every state to make sure that it is correct. In the case of suspicious election, any machines must be locked down and forensic experts look at them. (Why was the same vote tabulation equipment going to be used to count votes? It should have only been other machines, or by hand.) And there should be at least three counts of any election (still less than the requirement for banking).

Any machine should have open-source code (such as Linux) with clear audit-trails, names of all people with access, audit trails of any changes, etc. in the program. These requirements are already in place for banking. A paper trail should be made to check the vote; both an individual receipt that the voter can take with them, and also a paper print-out to be kept at the board of elections until the third count.

Explanations of how to use machines, etc., must be posted at every polling place, in several languages: at least English, Spanish, French, Chinese. The use of the polling place must be kept simple. (A person with arthritis would have a great deal of difficulty putting the punch card into the voting machine in my polling place in Ohio.) If a person makes a mistake, such as punching two names, they should be allowed another ballot and the original one destroyed. If they need guidance, it should be provided to them. If they need a verbal explanation, it should be provided.

Nobody who is working on a campaign should be allowed to be in charge of any election process. Civil servants, not elected officials, should handle elections.

Plenty of polling places should be provided, with a wait not longer than twenty minutes. Nobody who is disabled should have to stand in line at all; they should go immediately to the front of the line and be accomodated.

Election day should not be a day of work, except for emergency workers, who should be allowed to vote absentee.

National election rolls must be kept to ensure that voters do not vote twice in different places, and so that voters in the military or who have just moved to another state may at least vote once in any Federal election. Provisional ballots must be checked against such national rolls. Persons with the same name must be identified by another means (such as social security number). (In New Zealand, one may vote from any polling place in the country, with identification, and the fact that you voted is immediately checked against their computer system.. a good use of the computer... making voting both convenient and fast; the votes are also sent to the correct precinct.)

The electoral college must be abolished.

Every American who does not have a severe disability to vote should be required to vote at least in every Federal election. (People say that they have the freedom to not vote at all, but all that does is add to the problems that arise when polling places suddenly do not expect new voters. They can sign their name, and then vote for a category named "other," and write-in a name, even themselves.) We can't say that America has equal rights if some people choose not to participate in these rights; because those who do not vote are actually voting to abolish the democratic voting system.

Who in the news media do you think would honestly take on the challenge of finding out if this is true, finding this guy, and helping us take our country back. Maybe Olbermann?

It looks like this guy originally posted this item as a response to an article on the Portland Indymedia site. I keep wondering if there might be a clue to help find him in his made-up name. He's already blown the whistle, plus he also has his own website.

I never heard anything saying that Clint Curtis worked for the RNC. That doesn't jive with his story that he refused to work any further on the project once he found out that they were serious about stealing the election.

He was a republican programmer for Mr. Yang, under instruction of Tom Feeney. He worked for the RNC directly until he left their staff. The other guy of importance, Mike Cohen, also works in there but is involved in more shenannigans with his first relative/decoy, Chuck Cohen...

The hardest part in any investigation is finding out HOW! Now that we know that it shouldnt be hard to be able to scare a few witnesses into testifying.

If this goes nowhere now, then we have to start asking more Questions of our own party.
