I saw this on HuffPo. Yes, that is the plan for the "New World Order". America will be the bankster to the world. The US will print the money (actually, these days it is just created by a mouse-click), and the banksters promise to keep all the banks (which are now insolvent) afloat by doing "whatever it takes". In return, the world agrees that the US Dollar is the sole reserve currency, and "thou shalt have no other currencies before mine"
