Senators Kerry and Lugar and the Council on Foreign Relations can take this War and shove it.

No, its not a blank check, its a trunk full of cash, handed directly to the Military, for them to dole out to whichever
group is not shooting at us today. It doesn't matter if they were shooting at us yesterday or if they will be shooting at us tomorow...We'll give you a handfull of cash and a virgin if you won't shoot us today...
