Sizing Up the 2008-2009 Supreme Court Term

Legal Times and The National Law Journal hosted a panel this afternoon of distinguished Supreme Court practitioners, each of whom argued one or more cases in the 2008-2009 Supreme Court term. The panel analyzed the changes in the Court this term, the strategies of the lawyers who won and lost, and the outlook for the 2009-2010 term.
