It's Still Kennedy's Court, Say Supreme Court Practitioners
For all the talk of Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. slowly guiding it rightward, the Supreme Court still belongs to Justice Anthony Kennedy. That was the consensus this afternoon among a panel of the country's top Supreme Court advocates, hosted at the Georgetown University Law Center by Legal Times and The National Law Journal.

Yesterday, a group of the country's best Supreme Court advocates came together for a panel discussion at the Georgetown University Law Center moderated by the National Law Journal's Tony Mauro. The participants, who argued some of the years most high profile cases, included Deputy Solicitor General Neal Katyal; Kellog, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel partner David Frederick; Yetter, Warde & Coleman partner Gregory Coleman; and Supreme Court Institute executive director Pamela Harris.
