A high-ranking Marine Intelligence Officer has stated that V.P. Cheney was behind the attacks of 9/11!

This remark is the first time an intelligence officer with inside knowledge has made this claim.

"Steele has previously written that '9/11 was at a minimum allowed to happen as a pretext for war'. This month, Steele went further, writing, ... Cheney saw an opportunity for what Bush called his trifecta, and gave it to him by giving the go-ahead to ISI and Al Qaeda, and ordering up a terrorism exercise that allowed him to send all relevant close-in air defense strip alert craft away from the target areas, and to disable the NORTHCOM normal response to flight path diversion."

We Conservatives have long debated what happened to our normal domestic air defense system which should have quickly launched fighter interceptors to shoot down all the planes long before they reached their target in New York City and at the Pentagon. This incredibly detailed DVD, "9/11: In Plane Site", raises this issue very informatively, as well as exposing many other holes in the government's position. Speaking of holes in the official position, Steele continues:

"While the details might be open to debate, many other very high-level intelligence officers have said the "official" explanation for 9/11 makes no sense."
