Supreme Court adds 12 cases to docket, including a Second Amendment sequel
The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear McDonald v. Chicago, which could determine whether the right to bear arms applies against state and local laws restricting the right, not just federal statutes. The Court also granted review in cases involving Title VII workplace discrimination, and the "material support" law used against those who aid terrorist groups.
