Not sure. But it's good news.
If you check the actual legal documents at the links, they are dated 12/15/04. So this is not the news we're waiting for. It's last week's news.

I think Kerry & Edwards have been establishing a paper trail, in preparation for something bigger.
It's just a wait and see game. I'm still not convinced that we will see a big story but I am hopeful. Do you think this has something to do with Sandra's surprise here at CGCS?

What suprise? I hadn't heard about Sandra's suprise.
Help, I am afraid of the reactions over at DU. Unfortunately, the thing that will satisfy most of us is that Kerry should unconcede and show us he is doing something.
