By just about every conceivable measurement of childhood welfare, children who are allowed joint physical custody with each parent fare dramatically better than their peers who are reduced to visitor status with one of their own parents.

Can anyone think of an area of American Law where the routine final order of the court punishes those who are absent of any wrongdoing found by that court, besides reducing a parent to less than meaningful time with their own child?

I'm not a frequent poster in this sub-forum. But, this is definitely a Due Process issue. I don't know what to make of the lack of threads that aren't up to "snuff". That's no slap at you snuffy. Is this sub-forum really that quiet?
