A site that gives up to date information about where each state stands on election reform legislation.
You can find out what election reform legislation has been introduced and its status (enacted, pending, carried over, vetoed, failed) for the years 2001-2005.

I agree- lots of info here- when I write to my state reps, I'll be armed with up-dated info on election reform efforts (or lack of) and I can track what's going on. Anyone who's interested in this issue should have this as a resource.
