I'm so sick of hearing what happens to these kids over and over again... I agree with this guy...If a parent can't get their act together in a year the rights as a parent should be taken away. Why do the kids have to suffer from going back and forth. Why isn't the best interest to be for the children NOT the parents-like it seems the way the law is written. Poor little Sirita.
