Senator Reid has introduced this bill to which would work to cutdown the number of unintended pregnancies and would help woman have better access to healthcare.

I found an article about this on the Daily Kos which explains the bill in details.

Good for Senator Reid! He understands the importance of comprehensive sex education programs as well as access to comprehensive reproductive health services for all women.

An article by "Advocates for Youth" :
" Assessing the Impact of 5 Years of Abstinence-Only-Until-Marriage Education"
Apparently, abstinence only sex education is not very successful in preventing unplanned pregnancies and preventing sexually tramsmitted diseases. And Bush is asking for MORE money to fund these unsuccessful programs?
