Nice thought - but even if they find fraud - even if it were true what is the remedy?

Are they really going to overturn the election?

No - no federal court in the world would award such relief.

The most it would do is deliegitamize Bush's second term as well...

If all this does is get the Diebold machines out of circulation, it will have been a victory. I find it ridiculous that we could discover back in JANUARY that the manufacturer of the voting machines (that are completely unable to be audited, by the way) is an active shill for the Republican Party, yet nothing (supposedly) could be done to insure that the tainted machines weren't used. That's what happens when one party controls everything, including the voting machines. They win. And the other party is powerless to stop it.

I hate to burst any bubbles, but this whole endeavor of 'Kerry won - 900 pages of "evidence" filed' is nothing more than wishful thinking. These dinosaurs can continue their shrill cries for another four years, but the rest of the country (and world for that matter) is moving forward.

Yes! That's what's important now. Making sure to get more democrats in. Then we'll have more of a chance for impeaching. Think of all we can get them with. Voting fraud in 2000 and 2004, 9/11, war crimes. What a sweet justice that would be....

The remedy is that the world will know that bushco are thieves and liars. That alone should be enough to ensure real election reforms.

And, I've said it before, Kerry is the leader of the opposition party! wub.gif

Reforms by who?

If there weren't reforms after 2000 there will never be election reforms.

Then how will the world recognize a Puppet President whose party actually manipulate and stole the elections to drop him into the White House?

Boxer and Hilary Clinton and Kerry are on the case right now.

Here's a link to some discussion about it.

That's right -- even if irrefutable evidence of a fixed election is uncovered, the media, White House and majority of Congress will just say, 'let's put this behind us and work together for the good of the country'. Bush has been inaugurated .. the election is over. The best we can hope for are indictments and serious election reform.
