These people have cried wolf so much who is going to believe them even if they are right? Especially considering the Bush SS plan is going down the tubes. Is this designed to deflect attention away from that issue like the changing homeland security warnings did for Bush during the election?

I for one find the timing of this totally suspicious.
Bush is again having a hard time, and voila, a new security issue.

Of course, Bush and the neo-cons being the one to do all these terror things in the first place, he may have to have an actual event again like he did on 9-11. But I won't buy it.

And that reminds me, the suspicious timing in Israel of a new truce breaking terror. And blaming Syria right off...as the Church lady used to say (during the reign of course of Bush1)...

And this is news?

I would assume that Bin Laden and all of his Al Qaeda counterparts have a commitment to destroy US interests wherever they are...

Intersting for all those thinking Saddam's removal made the US safer...

When Saddam was in power Zarqawi was in the Kurdish area of Iraq - pretty much subdued...now he's doing quite well.

Hmmm...and now he's planning attacks on the US ----

Hmmm - he sounds a bit more threatening now... rolleyes.gif
