early this morning before leaving th house for my Mayo pre-op appts., I was listening to individual members of the House of Representatives speaking on the Israel/Gaza current violence. It was so obvious which eye was closed, of the ones I heard there was no acknowledgement that Palestinians have the same human rights as any others on this earth. I hope by the Feb elections that the Israelis will find a conscience and vote out the current administration over there and hopefully there might be a candidate that can come to the realization that they are simply their own worst enemies. By continuing the brutal violence that begets nothing but the same, Israel will never find the security and peace it claims to desire.
