The bank has instructed Wall Street law firm Chadbourne & Parke to pursue blogger Mike Morgan, warning him in a recent cease-and-desist letter that he may face legal action if he does not close down his website.

Florida-based Mr Morgan began a blog entitled "Facts about Goldman Sachs" – the web address for which is goldmansachs666.com – just a few weeks ago.

and if/when they do
the great thing is

it won't matter if one is left/right/center
was for or against Bush

because they won't bother sorting it out
it will all be as one

the rightwingers here will be lumped in with the leftwingers as he said/she said will lead to yawns from the inquisitors

Gripe Site Targeted by Goldman Sachs Slaps Back
The American Lawyer

Goldman Sachs' lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter last week to the blogger behind goldmansachs666.com, threatening legal action if the gripe site didn't remove the Goldman name. The brainchild of an investment adviser and real estate broker, the site includes posts and links that suggest Goldman uses its power nefariously, such as "Is Goldman Sachs Running the U.S. Government? -- I Say Yes." On Monday, the blogger fired back with a complaint in federal court, claiming Goldman is trying to silence him.
