Wow, first Keith then David Shuster and now Chris Matthews. Great work to everyone who has been working on this and sending emails!

Here's a snip from David Shuster's blog mentioning Matthews' tomorrow night show.

On Friday night, "Hardball with Chris Matthews" (7 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET) will be jumping into the fray. You won't want to miss that. Plus, this weekend here on Hardblogger, I'll be posting some amazing national election numbers and demographic trends that may shock you. I've run some of the numbers past a few MSNBC political analysts, and everybody is calling it "a big deal."

Matthews is not likely to join your common cause without some serious questioning of the evidence...

He may not overtly help your cause, but any exposure on any public media will open more questioning up...

The point is not so much to overturn the election as it is to weaken this admin...

Keep the issue of no accountability in the public eye...in every area of this admin's reach...weaken them systemically...

Remember Nixon...and his ultimate fate...

Far more devastating to him and his backers than one election overturned....

My question is this. Did they change the exit poll this time from one or two questions to 30 questions? That is bound to have thrown a monkey wrench into the "works"

Ok, I've wasted 37 minutes watching this show and he hasn't even

Dear Chris,

If you the media were serving the public correctly, you would have been researching and reporting and asking the questions yourself.

But no, everyday people are now in charge of forcing you to report on the issues that are important to the lowly citizen. Due to your incapability of seeing past your own biases, you have let many of us down. And now, you and your guest, Susan Molinari, belittle our concerns for the transparency of our elections.

You may or may not know, considering the alleged research you do for your stories, that electronic voting is easily manipulated and also has many technical glitches that affects the vote.

Most people I know, you know us conspiracy theorists, aren't looking to overturn the election. We are instead looking to change the election process to make it more transparent and accurate. This is the real story. Sorry you've missed it.

The media needs to help us with this, not fight us. Why is everyone afraid of finding out the truth and making sure there is a true number count. As you know, GW Bush has a mandate and I for one, want to know really, what kind of mandate that is.

I wish that you could see the real story here, but for some reason you only want to make the story about conspiracy theorists. I hope that you will decide to do what is right for the entire nation and report on the many many many problems that occur in our elections. We need to stop allowing anomalies, lost votes, changed votes, undervote, over votes, etc.

We need a new uniform system of voting, and that is what the bloggers are working toward. So stop belittling us!

The Republicans loved the bloggers during the Dan Rather episode..........but when it doesn't go their way they hate the bloggers. I've mostly just been a spectator here.......sent a couple of emails but nothing like the work some folks here have put into it! Congratulations again folks! I have always liked Keith Olberman and David Shuster. I respect Mathews and I think in the end he'll understand bloggers aren't his competition..............just Americans who want the press to do their job. I'm not much on conspiracy theories but have always found that a little truth lies within each conspiracy theory......ya just have to locate the hard facts and throw out the rest. This is such a critical issue. We, the voters, must be assured that our votes will be counted accurately.

Thanks Chris for addressing the issue. I'm an occasional blogger and I AM AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. May I point out to the "republican talking head" that America's elected officials and the process BY WHICH THEY ARE ELECTED...are ACCOUNTABLE TO ME! Not the other way around. There are too many questions, too many questionable instances in this election to go unnoticed by "inquiring minds". I'm not inured of the Bushworld rhetoric which would tell me that UP is really DOWN and to "PAY NO ATTENTION TO THAT MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN". This administration and his minions have lied and lied to the citizens they were sworn to serve and I for one have grown tired of their lies and find NO COMFORT in their false assurances.

I am a blogger WHO WANTS THIS ELECTION EXAMINED UNDER A MICROSCOPE! And I think we shall find that once we blow away all of the neo-con smoke and mirrors we will find a well oiled machine that STOLE MY VOTE! I am troubled in the extreme that our Republican Democracy is being subverted and stolen by an Administration that holds our Constitution in contempt. I want to know the truth...and if that makes the Neo-cons uncomfortable...then PRAISE THE LORD! Because if the Neo-Con practice is not stopped in 2004...then when.

I'm not the only one who is bothered by the fact that since Bush & Rove came on the national political scene that SUDDENLY EXIT POLLS DON'T COME CLOSE TO THE VOTE THAT GETS COUNTED (and that always seem to break to the neo-cons)! Is it silly to be suspicious when the CEO of Diebold PROMISES BUSH that he'll deliver the election to him! Is it paranoid to think something evil is afoot when Bush's totals represent one of the most remarkable electoral achievements in U.S. history. Something stinkith to high heaven...and all Americans should be interested in uncovering this SKUNK before he fouls the world.

That Repub strategist was funny and annoying. They're hoping to cruise through to the inauguration without serious questioning while pretending that this election was nothing short of pristinely perfect.

So without acknowledging that justifiable questions remain unanswered, she lights her eyes up in supposed indignation because so many of those raising questions are computer literate.

" An unavoidable hypothesis" .... Olberman quotes the U of Pa expert on the odds of exit polls being wrong in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio to the degree they have been reported wrong - all on the same night - the odds 250 million to 1.

Although it doesn't make voting fraud an obvious conclusion (I'm paraphrasing), it does make voting fraud an unavoidable hypothesis.
