I've got a few questions about the Common Blog.
1) Can we use BlogClicker on it?
2) Will it ever be taken down or moved?
3) What does it mean to "Link to an External" blog?
4) Is there any way to get editorial function over the individual Blog templates (ie backgrounds, the way they're laid out?) or are we striving for uniformity in the look of the blogs or is it that the programs won't work together or what? I'm not saying I have to have editorial ability - but was just wondering.
- Mainly I'd like to be able to do what we did over at LocalCGCS where you could have an introduction bit (don't know what it's called in techno language) of 4 or 5 sentences, +/- an image and this has a link to the rest of the blog piece.
5) In an election, will this blogging be a problem because of the new FEC guidelines (or the proposed guidelines?)

Was wondering what others thought of the Blogging scene (other bloggers). I know Momma has a "Stinking Chickens" blog, and that many, many others here have blogs, too.

Thought it would be nice to have a place to post questions regarding blogging.

I'm just looking up RSS feeds and trackbacks. I don't know what either are. There is also this thing called a "search party." I'm not sure if this is useful, or not.

Looks like the Invision blog features are listed here. I'm not sure what the program allows us to do. Is there a page where all our blogs are fed into a single Common blog? I guess we couldn't have different blog skins if that were the case.
This is a "lo-fi" version of our main content. To view the full version with more information, formatting and images, please click here.
