I often wondered how this is legal this war detention since Bush declared the war over in Iraq. There should be no detention the war is over. It apears that if you detain these people and it hasn't caught Osama give up detention they have nothing. It has not helped the case in Iraq with suicide bombers or Brittian.

I think the international community is swaying twords war crimes and the CIA leak was a smear campain to conceal a crime maybe. The Iraq food for oil may be a smear but thats about over so the sway may be going twords war crimes. If convicted how would it work is the question? My other question is what companies have contracts in Iraq including Brittian. Were other countries threatened if you don't cooperate no contract?
