There is some speculation out there that if Bid Laden was in Pakistan he may have died? If he's in Iran though - then he escaped danger.
What do you all think?

No.
He is in the south of France, still spending the money Bush41 paid him
to do what he did in 2001
The terrorists are residing in the White HOuse

He probably is living on the Riviera, in a villa somewhere. Or he's in a redecorated cave with all the modern conveinences. Either way, he's Osama Bin Forgotten.

I heard that he was in Houston arranging for DeLay's bail, but that might have just been a rumor.
Maybe Shrub could be so lucky, but who will ever know? Do you really think his death will ever be announced? As long a OBL is 'alive' the Republikans have a talking point.

I think it is unspeakable that Bin Laden is still loose on the world after all these years. It's painfully OBVIOUS that this administration is more concerned with exploiting the dangers of Bin Laden than they are with his capture.

He's in China, in an extremely remote section just over the border from Pakistan, living underground in an old decommissioned Chinese missile silo complex, in an area controlled by "friendlies", tar from Beijing for the Chinese to give a hoot, yet inside the border offering him sanctuary because few Americans would venture there for multiple and obvious reasons.

No. He is in Pomona, CA, running a 7-11.
He doesn't need 41's money, remember? He's a bin Laden.

Not exactly... There was a report to that effect about two years ago. It made perfect sense to me.

As a woman I claim the right to change my mind. Bin Laden is dead. He died in December 2001.

And he was a good islamic fundamentalist who would never kill innocent people. See the other thread for more information.

Wow. Maybe he is the reason that when our businessmen send their companies over there, they plans get stolen, copied, and reopned under Chinese ownership.

Well, the operative theory (I'm guessing) is that he doesn't really have anything to do with the Chinese... They aren't particularly happy with the fact that Islamic extremists are on their territory, but the place is so damn remote (NNW of K2, around 76 latitude, 37 longitude), it's not particularly an important matter to them... and he's using that fact as "cover", a safe haven without portfolio in a region close enough to Pakistan and Afgahnistan that he can communicate and be supplied and safe-guarded, yet remote enough (and under the flag of a nation the US isn't likely to get too dicey with) that he can't be gotten.
Given the fact that he existed and thrived in that kind of terrain during the late Afgahan-USSR unpleasantries, I doubt an earthquake was going to get him.

Wow! My very first thought when I heard about the earthquake was did Osama die in it.
I voted "possible."
