One Share of COP: 0.24 barrels per year production (plus nat. gas), and 0.60 barrels per year refining capacity. Somewhere around 4-5 barrels of reserves per share?

One Share of CVX: 0.3 barrels per year production (plus natural gas), and .3 barrels per year refining capacity (.35-.4 once Pascagoula comes online). About 3 barrels of reserves per share.

YOU PAY: $59.50/share.
APA has an excellent record with the environment and social responsibility. CVX does a decent job, but I'm a little concerned about a few social justice issues in Nigeria. Haven't vetted COP as much as I'd like to, because I haven't invested in them, but I haven't heard anything particularly egregious.
Other energy deals:
MEE- produces a half-ton of coal per year per share. Was $55, now $44. If CTL ever gets underway, a share of MEE will produce the coal needed to make .6 barrels of oil.
EXC- produces about 40 watts of electricity per share, a little more than half from nuclear (not subject to nat. gas price or coal price spikes). Was $56/share, now $47.
