We hereby call on John Kerry to unconcede and investigate the election results. We call on John Kerry to file formal requests to recount the votes. We call on John Kerry to take back America.

I would love for him to do that..but I doubt that he would. Too risky..that's why I think they are leaving it in the hands of others to demand the recounts.

As much as I'd love to see it, let's play this out juuuuuuuust a bit longer. This is given the fact that I've been tough on the DNC being "wimps" in the recent past. Let's play this smart for a littttle longer.

Not until all the States have certified the (false) vote tally, then sock it to 'em!

Right because if the SoS certifies a knowingly false election, then they are subject to prosecution.

If he un-conceedes now, and then still doesn't have the votes, he'll look like a fool.
And we need him desperately in the senate if we can't have him as our president!
Kerry's concession speech so early gave him high marks from the other side. So he left the campaign on a high note. He left with respect and dignity. Very helpful should things not go our way...and even more helpful if he runs again in 2008.

But if things go our way, he still won't need to---- Bush will need to concede...which he won't... It will be extremely interesting if things do go our way, on how it will play out. I'm not going to think about that yet-not ready to get that emotional YET...hopefully by the end of this week we'll know more!
