The present contest between an unstoppable force (global warming) and an unmoveable object (USA + Bush) seems likely to continue and intensify.

My personal opinion is that there should be a fast track movement to some progression from kyoto in the direction of some treaty with harsher provisions but more equitable and fairer application.
