Now that we see that Rice will be the Secretary of State and Gonzales -- a true fascist if there ever was one-- will be Attorney General, I can't understand why we have not moblized to dispute the election results. Virtually everyone I meet independently brings up their thoughts that we are now living in a deja vu situation similar to Nazi Germany. Remember that Hitler was duly elected by well-meaning people, largely white protestant and uneducated, who dismissed his far-right ideology as eccentric. I, for one, think that we should file suit to have the election results in Ohio and Florida declared invalid. We have until Dec. 12, the day the electoral college meets, to try to stop this steam roller from crushing our society as we know it. When I look upon a picture of Kerry, I want to cry -- what nobility he would bring to the office of President of the United States.

I can't disagree at all. It is just a huge question of MONEY, not to file, but to win that battle!
