The Hill has a legislator's blog site. Diary entries are by legislators only, but individuals can comment. ok.gif

Citizens against Government Waste
They want you to go to their earmark spending sections (flying pink piggy bank).
They want you to contact your state reps to find out how those earmarked dollars spent. They feel they are to general and we need to hold congress accountable.
They want everyone doing this and say also write your reps so they know your watching $$$$$$.
Pass it around. Perhaps TV investigative news locally would respond to your specific inquiries.
