Attn: Ohio
Operation ROTH
(Ringing off the hook)

At 4:00 P.M. on November 16, 2004, Jeff Fisher called (614) 466-2585 to speak with J. Kenneth Blackwell to only have
the receptionist say that she would relay the message to him. Mr. Fisher explained to her who he was and that many
people from Ohio had emailed him asking for assistance. The request from the people was for Mr. Fisher to call Mr.
Blackwell and ask him to recuse himself from being the tiebreaker concerning the discarding of provisional ballots.

Mr. Fisher was also going to relay and suggest to Mr. Blackwell that by recusing himself in favor of someone
non-partisan the votes would be counted fairly. This is what the presidential candidates, David Cobb (Green Party)and Michael Badnarik (Libertarian Party) have asked Ohio's Secretary of State to ensure a fair and non-partisan recount.

OK, he is an *also ran*! He was soundly defeated in his bid for Congress and is trying to use that to make a name for himself? HA! I would have better luck getting straight through to Mr. Blackwell! Well, that is not actually an apt comparison because *I* actually WOULD have better luck (got anything you'd like me to say to him?) smile.gif Actually, I should have said: YOU would have better luck!

Sorry, but Jeff Fisher is really an absolute nobody. And he doesn't represent anyone from Ohio nor does he live there, so why would he think his name would be impressive?

The *effort* really needs more impressive people than Jeff Fisher.
