Surely it could be easy to detect if there was voter fraud by doing a quick poll of one county in Ohio or Florida that returned a dodgey result. Do an extensive poll, asking the majority of the population if they voted and who they voted for. Should give an idea of whether the exit polls or the vote count was right...
