Perhaps the ones who might of been involved in the voter fraud are not aware of what the punishments are for Treason. I figure some of them might be hanging around reading theses posts. Perhaps if they are told just what the possibilities are then maybe they would decide not to risk it and come forward with evidence.

The punishment for those involved is a one-way ticket to Iraq without military guard.

Those who were involved in this are likely either laughing thinking the trail won't lead back to them (and of course Rove) or terrified, and either way unlikely to come forward...
Whistle blowers did come forward in Volusia county....I was surprised by that, when attorneys and the investigators seized their polling tapes.

One might consider questioning the validity of the President and accusations of voter fraud treason.

Remember donkey is a freeper, so please ignore any and all questions he raises. Questioning our civil rights, and votes, is a legitimate issue, and is never under any circumstances considered treason
What they teach you at mole grounds like freerepublic.net are blatant lies, plain and simple. No other issue.

Criticizing the president is not treason. It is protected free speech. The first amendment protects the right of citizens and the press to criticize government. That is the point of free speech and free press. Read your Constitution, my friend.
Treason is taking up arms against your country or providing material aid (like food, housing, guns, military intelligence) to someone who is taking arms against your country. Calling out the president for violating his oath to uphold the constitution is not treason. It is what good citizens do. We all live by the Constitution. It is the fundmanetal law of the land. If Bush is uncomfortable with that, he should not be president.

Treason. HA. Naughtydonkey must be the same person who
accused Sean Penn of treason for questioning the war.

I am not saying *I* think that. I am merely pointing out an opposing argument.

Whether or not voter fraud is legally considered treason -- I consider it such.
"Taking over a country" is not always done with guns, or by force. If a group of people take over a country against the will of that country, then I consider them traitors and their acts to be treasonous.
Our country IS our Constitution. It is the highest law of the land, on which all other laws are based. When I became a teacher at a public institution, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Not to uphold the president or any elected official, or to uphold the flag -- but to uphold the Constitution.
Any acts to purposely undermine the Constitution is treason in my book, especially voter fraud.
Freedom is very fragile, and in the history of humanity, very rare. It can be lost very easily if we are not continually vigilant. We must guard it like we guard our very lives.
