Interestin', though methinks somewhat simplistic.
One question though, since any reference to the American military in it's only cursory, why did you post it here under "U.S. Military Issues" instead of someplace like the "Afghanistan & Iraq" subforum or under "Op-Ed Articles from the Mainstream Media" where 'twould seem 'tis more on topic. Just look at the first paragraph which summarizes the content and says "Nobel Prize winning economist Joseph Stiglitz, 63, discusses the true $1 trillion cost of the Iraq conflict, its impact on the oil market and the questions of whether the West can afford to impose sanctions on Iran.", eh? Don't think I saw any U.S. military issues there!
