Washington (UPI) Apr 07, 2006 - Two government agencies are cautioning the Pentagon on risks in the Army's $161 billion Future Combat System. The Congressional Budget Office warned this week that by 2015 the Army will have to spend $10 billion a year -- a third of its entire procurement budget -- buying the system.
