'Tis 'bout what they're actually doin', which methinks may not be as interestin' to them more interested in matters of conjecture and hyperbole. 'Tain't as much to get upset about or protest, but such is life!
The Navy and Marine Corps have completely revamped their operational deployments. No longer do they go on routinely scheduled deployments to far off areas waitin' for somethin' to happen. Now they deploy as necessary to areas of real or anticipated need, and do so on short notice. This new operational concept is called "The Fleet Response Plan", eh?
