Brazil follows Iran’s nuclear path, but without the fuss

Associated Press, RESENDE, April 21

As Iran faces international pressure over its nuclear programme, Brazil is quietly preparing to open its own uranium-enrichment centre, capable of producing exactly the same fuel.

Brazil, like Iran, has signed the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and Brazil’s constitution bans the military use of nuclear energy.

Well duh! Considerin' that "Brazil, like Iran, has signed the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and Brazil’s constitution bans the military use of nuclear energy" and the fact Brazil seems to be abidin' by the agreements it's signed and don't seem to be rejectin' the IAEA inspection and oversight protocols where's the beef?

Are you sayin' there's a parallel between the two. Don't look like it to me, eh? 'Tis a puzzlement!
