I totally agree with the article.....this way no one can blame Kerry for being a sore loser, and it also gives him time to gather enough evidence to prove that he rightfully won the election...

Forever labeled a flip flopper, but so called allegations are of the best standing individuals....Those who
act as a lawyer, and act with the whole picture which would not, in any way mean massively going one way or the other....

Imagine seeing the breaking news and Kerry presenting his evidence to the "court" that is the American public.... I hope this helps lift up some spirits here!

It is refreshing to read that article. This is what I have thought all along, that he is just protecting the country, but still fighting. :D

So I'm guessing all those lawyers didn't just pack up and go home and the eerie silence is very telling of what may be something big just waiting to unfold.

A nice, upbeat article, but it's just speculation. An equally convincing article could be written that might say Kerry conceded to save his chances in 2008. I hope the author is correct, but I wouldn't bet my savings on it. It's been more than 2 weeks and it's hard to imagine, after all the reports of fraud and disenfranchisement of voters, we wouldn't have heard a peep from the horse's mouth. I hope I'm wrong, but I think the election has been turned over to us "conspiracy theorists."

I read this article and it made sense. Think about where things stand. The media is not taking election fraud seriously. Where would that have left Kerry had he taken up the battle immediately. Still, this issue is not solely about Kerry, it's about the fraud Bush commited. It's our vote and country that's in jepardy. When the Bush is exposed, I want Kerry to be there unscathed.
I just think that if he came out early and this winds up being a long drawn out battle, the damage to his credibilty for being there from the beginning would be worse than the damage from being silent.

Kerry does not have any shot in 2008 and he knows THIS is his only chance. I agree with the article totally.

There are many reasons Kerry might be remaining silent, ranging from pure personal greed to something very dark and sinister going on.
Only time will tell. Maybe. We may never know the reasons for this silence. Or we may find out in a few weeks. Hard to say.
