Just a short one, i have found out that writing makes me relax and focus much better than otherwise, in short it helps on my depression.
Are there any others in here that have tried to write a novel? or something like that, just to eliviate your mind and relax maybe?

That's good news, Alexander. Write away. smile.gif
But might want to start with short musings, a diary, poetry,
blogging, something which does not involve pressure
to finish, tweak too much, get published, etc.
No-pressure writing for pleasure is a great creative outlet.

I have a few friends who have written novels.
One has had three published. But it was very nerve wracking
and became an obsession. But, if you do not necessarily
want to be published, that would also be a good way to focus
and relax imho.
