Does anybody here wonder what the implications would be if they (Fisher, FBI, Bev, etc) somehow (miraculously) proved that elections in this country were a sham the last 4 years? I mean, really think about what that could mean. Almost every law passed, beaurocrat and judge appointed, and decision made by these subsequent people could be construed as illegitimate. Our country has absolutely nothing in the Constitution to account for something like this, and it could result in some serious turmoil over what should and should not be considered legitimate law. Actually, I take that back. The Democratic party is so weak that even if they managed to prove widespread election fraud, they probably wouldn't have the balls to undo the 4 year legacy of the Thief.

If miracles DO happen... you can't undo the past. The best that could happen is this gets discovered before Dec 13th. Kerry unconcedes and impeachment processes follow through.

You can't undo the past but you can undo the perpetrators of the past....

I dont see why we shouldn't be able to undo the past. If these representitives were found to be falsely elected, then why shouldn't it follow suite that any "product" from these falsely elected officials be subsequently deemed illegitimate? If their actions remain unchallenged after they get their due punishment, it seems to me like they remain the winners anyway.

Exactly they didn't roll over, Ohio democrats filed a federal lawsuit. We fight and we take it to the backs of the ranks, all of us are true activists, we are true fighters!!!!!! No one destroys democracy, nobody, and through history these villains should not only be remembered for their crimes, but persecuted for it in a serious manner, so that we have a different past to look back too
