There is no law that requires preachers to go through a back ground check. Many factions try and do it in their own way buts it not the law. How or why should I trust a group that preaches morality but has no legal standard. I am also for credit checks and freedom of information on financial records.
I feel its fair...
This is not an attack its fair....
Its about holding you to the light you preach...

If you are alright and not a criminal there should be no concern if this law would of been in place the church sex scandle would of never happened no mor biggamy either....

It's no different than their Repuglycan cronies in Congress: even felons can now continue to safely hone their craft without fear of losing their saintly positions of benevolence and power.

If you want to change the constituition for seperation of church and state lets do it all the way lets just throw this in. Don't think you can thrust morality on people without people holding the instituition to the same light.
Lets change it all back ground checks, credit reports, fredom of information on financial records.
