Joyce and Kelsie have returned home. Today 7/24 at 4:30 AM Joyce along with the baby arrived at our home. Both fatigued and stressed from the past few days. Joyce drove the Ford Taurus to our house bringing Kelsie home.
Joyce is currently with the State Police updating them on where they have been over the past few days.

Nick is still fleeing the authorities and Misty is still with him. At this point in time I feel that Misty's situation is critical. I think that
Misty's life is in jeopardy and that depending on the circumstances that
Nick could/will inflect serious bodily injury.

It is of the utmost urgency that Nick and Misty are located as quickly as possible.

It was through the pressure of seeing his story on Americas Most Wanted and other publications that persuaded Nick to release his step mother and daughter.
Hopefully continued pressure will result in Nick turning himself into the authorities and Misty coming home safely.

Please continue to forward this story to as many people as possible. Misty is in grave danger as is the public at large. Thank you for your prayers.
