I'm going to take a break from investigating anything. I need a little rest. I'll still be here and I'll make post on other subjects as well look here about recount stuff, but I just need a break.

What are you hearing on the ground in Ohio? Is the recount/fraud issue getting much media play? What does the general public feel about it?

Go for it, Jason. We all get addicted to this forum wink.gif
Glad you will be around a little bit, though- I really enjoy most of your posts
and your high energy level and optimism that anything can be achieved if we work hard enough.
You deserve a turkey break !

The above quote is one of the more profound statements I've seen in awhile and it reminds me of Keith...you know....our missing in action bloggerman...who went on vacation but had his lap top with him. I stayed up here so late last Saturday reading posts that I woke up Sunday morning with a blogger-hangover. That is something between a stiff neck and sinus congestion and you see that blue and white screen in your dreams. But before you leave.....ANYONE....please tell me when Olbermann comes on today. I've been looking forward to Monday MSNBC all weekend. How about everyone else here?

Good idea. I am going to take a break too. I can't live the next bush administration day by day but I will return when the Ohio recount starts.

Peace out.

Keith did a great job of alligning with his supporters even when he was gone and NBC was grateful he took the vacation, I hope he stays on task and keeps telling the truth, spreading the word on TV.

Take care,
I am still stuck doing those types of preparations and guests now. So, I can't do much lately. Any how. Have a nice Turkey-brake, and what not.

My fear is that Keith Olbermann is playing bloggers like a cheap piano.

Why is reporting on events that are happening in Ohio "playing bloggers like a cheap piano? He is reporting the facts, law suits have been filed and there is going to be a recount. I think it's the lockdown by the rest of the mainstream media that is deceptive. Refusing to report on "certain" news stories is not honest.

Today's media is rarely honest. That dishonesty can be seen by "Refusing to report on "certain" news stories " and in the inflation of news stories to stir interest and gain audience. Both are disturbing.

Not hearing much at all on the ground here in Ohio. I haven't watched the local news much but when I have, I haven't seen a thing about it. Have been emailing every Ohio Kerry supporter that I have email addresses of, but not getting many responding. Was very glad to see the Ohiodems article - maybe that will spur some people to action. It is just like all this is being swept under the rug. The republicans tell me we are just sore losers. I keep telling them to just wait, the truth will be revealed.

I think it is time to hold some meetings on the local levels. We HAVE to get more people involved in our efforts.

Jason, I agree. I took a break to do a craft show. I needed it, badly. You've been doing great work on here with your investigations/posts. You deserve a break. Remember the old airline flight attendant saying: "In case of emergency, put your own oxygen mask on first before assisting others." smile.gif
