A bill that expands President Bush's ability to wiretap American phones and conduct other forms of domestic surveillance will likely appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee next Thursday.
Other topic areas give full story. ACLU has been warning that Specter and Cheney were going ahead with giving the president more power for domestic wire taps then he already is abusing.
Senator Feinstein has a bill also which puts domestic surveillance in the light of the senate and court.

This is a request for action by or before Thursday.

Grassley and Graham can be swayed by polite, respectful (even of the administration) and logical (legal) arguments. Kyle and Hatch already have their minds made up.

I EMAILED THEM ALL Rep and Dems. I do both sides when its in committee because then they know people are watching the vote.
I have found that republican sights have codes and quizes that are new so they won't get mass mailings anymore.
I do know they count yeas and nays so if you have the time it is worth the contact.
