So I guess someone in say, 89th place out of 100 would not be considered to be any more than one of the 11 least powerful people in the Senate?
Teddy is 16
Biden is 28
Hillary is in 41
Kerry is in 61
Obama is in 68
from the list
(way down at the bottom at #89 gotta laugh)
