The poor president
is racking his small brain for
a suitable speech.
Too late to be known as
George the First, He's sure to be
Known as George The WORST!
President Dubya,
does it hurt to be so dumb?
Remember to breathe!
All ''Hail to the Shrub''
That's what they tell us to do
But I'm unable.
If all you have is
ignorance and confidence,
then success is sure.
He who tortures my
enemies is not my friend.
Torture is the foe.

Very good, LB.
Your Haiku's are terrific.
The only one I can offer is:
Objects in mirror
Are closer than they appear
So back off *sshole

My ones above are not haiku. As you can see, haiku have three lines with 5,7,5 syllables respectively. They are usually connected to the season. Right now, for example, the theme in the northern hemisphere would be the autumn, or things of the autumn.

There are a lot of tin-foil sites that claim the Titanic was destroyed NOT by an iceberg but by an EXPLOSION. As it turned out, there were on board a number of wealthy Americans who were OPPOSED to the "beast from Jekyll Island" as the Federal Reserve System was called.
Naturally, their opposition was silenced after the ship sank.
Is there a connection?
Who knows.
