FYI: all 45 "robes" on the Ninth Circuit are presently
under formal investigation, on suspicion of aiding and
abetting impersonation of Article III federal judges,
mail fraud, witness retaliation, and conspiracy to engage
in a pattern of racketeering activities (all felonies) --
just to name a few of the federal offenses which my office
is investigating.
