As the bitter and terribly unfair joke goes, some conservatives believe that the right to life begins at conception and ends at birth. In the case of President Bush it appears to be literally true.

In other words we would be better off if Barbara had practiced good family planning techniques.
By the way what is happening with Jeb in 08. The only state that gets all its federal money every time and all the time is Florida.
My sister asked me was everything Bush's fault. The child with in me screams yes but I realize he was electoral college into the Presidency so I can't even get mad at the voters.
