These are some threads from DU:

I just got this email from the Office Manager of our newly formed Florida Fair Elections Coalition in Voluisa Co. Florida. (www.floridafairelections.org )

"If you are interested in what we have been doing in the last week, watch CNN News at 9:00 or 10:00 tonight. They interviewed Bev Harris of Black Box Voting in our headquarters. Susan has been very actively investigating this election with Black Box while I have been maintaining the office. For more information on the Black Box Activity, go to www.blackboxvoting.org and scroll down to
Volusia County."

I'm heading up to the office shortly to see what's going on!

Going off some of the threads here, CNN seems to be up to something...

- They have this link "GAO to investigate election complaints" http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/11/23/election.inve... on their index page of CNN.com. I haven't seen this report on any other "mainstream media" website.

- Rumors that Bev Harris is going to be on tonight.

Do they know something? All of sudden they getting into the mix...

Thought I would bring this up, might be interesting to see if anything develops over @ CNN.

Nothing about it yet on the CNN web page for "Newsnight with Aaron Brown".

This was from Black Box voting.org.. think it is very much true.

URGENT--BEV HARRIS ON CNN TONIGHT--SEND YOUR SUPPORT MESSAGES NOW!!!"

The following is link to Aaron Brown's show on CNN which will air tonight at 10 PM EST. Be sure to watch it and send in a message supporting Bev now, during the show, and afterwards. We may be able to wake up CNN and get them rolling on this story, and we need to make sure that the Republican Rats don't pound her. If Aaron Brown thinks that the support is good, he will most likely respond favorably to Bev--and if not, he may give her the same tired old tin hat treatment.
Do it NOW!!!

And get all of your friends to do the same--Bev has been risking her life for us, and it is time we repaid her with a flood of email to CNN showing our support. Also, please post this or something similar on other blogs, etc. This is our chance to break down the wall of silence and get this dirt out in the open!

I agree about watching and supporting, but Brown never strikes me as interviewing based on public opinion, the few reactions I've seen him give were clearly his own.

is it just me, or should Keith Olbermann have gotten this interview?

My email to Aaron Brown

Mr. Brown,

I am thrilled that you are having Bev Harris on your show tonight. It has been a sad time for America lately that the public is only hearing from mainstream media, that a "conspiracy theory" exists about the problems of the election of 2004. Real problems exist in our election system. They are extremely inaccurate, totally vulnerable to hacking, and shockingly MULTITUDES of reports have come in about voter suppression. Our country easily discussed findings regarding exit polls and election results varying WIDELY... stating that it indicates "FRAUD" in the Ukraine, but did NOT apply its same conclusion to the same EXACT problem here, in our own country!!!

Please support the integrity and validity of every American citizen’s vote. Our voting process must be changed, standardized, and supervised by non-partisan committees, or we no longer can claim that we have fair elections. I for one, have love and hope for our country, and would be broken hearted to see it fail its citizens.

Thank you so very much for your continued support on this most serious matter.

Yes, but....we need the highest ratings and widest audience if Bev has something important. I'm sure Keith will be next on her list.

It comes on after Larry King Live. In less then 45 minutes

I've been a fan of Aaron Brown for many years. He doesn't seem to buy anybody's bs. He has a wry sense of humor and USUALLY does not seem to think he is the story, as contrasted with the vast majority of the anchors. And he is credible - not a raving lunatic like Geraldo, who'd be immediately dismissed.

I hope he comes through tonight. If he hears her out and treats her respectfully, this will be a big breakthrough. I hope he sums up with one of his raised-eyebrow/twisted grin comments, maybe draw the comparison to the Ukraine, say something like "I don't know, they say where there's smoke..."

Uh no Bev Harris on CNN

What is going on?

Brown did not mention anything about Bev BBV or election
underbear1
There was no mention in the opening, that Bev would be talked to? mad.gif

Nothing earth shattering, but a breakthrough nonetheless. I presume Aaron Brown will only follow the story as major developments unfold.
