VOTING IS THEATRE

Posted By: Greenhorse1
Date: Saturday, 4 November 2006, 11:20 a.m.

These coming elections are already contested before they start. Both parties have rigged machines. Both parties have been rigging votes way before Diebold and Sequoia machines were created.

The powers behind the throne will do as they please, once again. The only question this time is how much chaos do they plan to implement as result of this election.

The following are some interesting quotes from various articles of note.

From VOTE FRAUD: Candidates Must Audit the Count by Devvy Kidd:

“The Democrats have the same nothing message they do every two years: tax cuts for the rich (?), more money for education, "free" health care for all, equal rights for sexual deviants, reform social security and Medicare, raise the minimum wage, amnesty for illegals who commit a crime smuggling themselves across our borders and a new addition: bring home the troops from Iraq.”

(my know-nothing comment: IF bringing home the troops is mandated by the powers that be, then the Demos will be allowed to win)

“The Republican incumbents and candidates have the same nothing message they do every two years: make tax cuts permanent, more money for education, "free" health care for all, reform social security and Medicare, more money for the nebulous "war on terror," and, of course, keeping control of the biggest brothel <http://www.rense.com/general69/bushw.htm> on the face of this earth: The U.S. Congress.”

'While the airwaves are full of this partisan goo, average Americans are finally saying we've had enough and this letter to the editor <http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=52631> from a man whose son is now doing his second tour of duty in Iraq, a die hard Republican, speaks volumes: "Perhaps we can begin anew to build a true Conservative Party on the ashes of this November's much-deserved defeat, which I fervently hope and pray will be terminally catastrophic for the treacherous idiots who have lead us to this bleak result."'

(unlikely)

'Each individual must decide which party to vote for and there are some 62 in this country, but to continue voting for the same liars, cheats and sell outs in either of the two "mainstream" parties will continue to produce more of the same. “Vote GOP, because the alternative is even worse than we are <http://www.sierratimes.com/06/10/04/152_163_101_8_22430.htm>.” is just another cop out. Whose fault is it that you keep ending up with “hold your nose and vote? “ '

(great line:)

“I vote Constitution Party every election and if no candidate is available, I write in my name. I will not be part of the destruction of this republic just because one flavor of evil is perceived to be less potent.”

Her article is excellent and may be found here:

Now for some quotes from Chuck Baldwin's article entitled :

GOP "PARTY OF DEATH," TOO

http://www.newswithviews.com/baldwin/baldwin330.htm

“For the sake of those who are unfamiliar with my background: I was raised as a Democrat. I remained a Democrat until 1980, when I registered as a Republican. I observed a demonstrable difference in Ronald Reagan's conservatism and felt proud to not only vote for him twice, but also, as the Florida Moral Majority Executive Director, to actively help register tens of thousands (not an exaggeration) of new voters throughout the state during his 1984 reelection campaign.”

" I remained a Republican until 2004, when I became an Independent, choosing to affiliate with the Constitution Party.”

“I am amazed at how many of my conservative brethren, especially my Christian conservative brethren, continue to believe that the Republican Party is a conservative party. It's not. Not even in the broadest definition of the term is the GOP conservative.”

“I often hear Republican apologists referring to the GOP as the "family values" party, or the "pro-life" party, or even "God's" party. I've heard Christians say, "If you don't vote Republican, you are not saved and are going to hell." Is it really possible for Christian people to be that deceived? Apparently so.”

“Let me give readers an exercise in reality: the GOP (at the national level) cares nothing for "family values" or even the pro-life cause. It has been conning Christian and "family values" voters for decades. It's time Christians awakened to this truth!”

“Christians will often accuse Democrats of belonging to the "party of death." It is true that the national Democratic platform embraces a pro-choice position. It is also true that there are numerous Democrats, especially at the state and local levels, who are pro-life.”

“It is also true that the national party platform of the GOP embraces a pro-life position, but it is also true that the Republican platform is just so many words on paper. Can anyone remember when Republican presidential candidate Bob Dole brazenly acknowledged that he had never read the Republican platform and couldn't care less what it said? I do. The fact is, the pro-life plank of the national Republican platform is wholly meaningless and without substance! I'll prove it. “

“It was a Republican-dominated U.S. Supreme Court that legalized abortion on demand in 1973 with two monumental decisions: Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.”

“Dear Christian friend, it is the Republican Party, not the Democrat Party, that, by its action, legalized, augmented, and legitimized abortion-on-demand. How can anyone say that the GOP is the "party of life" with a straight face? It's laughable. Democrats may talk pro-abortion (and do), but it is the Republican Party that actually gave America abortion.”

“It's time Christian conservatives face the fact that the national Republican Party is, along with the Democrat Party, a "party of death." Neither party is a pro-life party.”

His conclusion:

“It is time for the American people (especially Christian conservatives) to recognize that the two-party system in Washington, D.C., is beyond broke: it is a joke! Pat Buchanan was absolutely right when he said that the two major parties are "two wings of the same bird of prey."

We have this article entitled:

12 SMARTCARDS GO MISSING IN TENNESSEE; CONTROL ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES

It says:

“As of Friday morning, a total of 12 smartcards had gone missing, out of the 30 give to the location.

Someone possessing a smartcard could use 'off the shelf equipment' [equipment that reprograms the card] and alter it to be used multiple times, and cast multiple votes.

One concerned insider explains: "Shelby County Board of Elections has been notified. They said it was 'not a big deal' because, they said, the cards are deactivated. But the reality is, you can buy the equipment at computer stores to reactivate them. It's on the Internet how to reactivate the cards!"

As mentioned in the title: Voting in this election is theatre. “They” have already determined what we will have.
