I had this thought when I was reading Madsen's update.

I can see Kerry being quite, I had knowledge of him before only as a money laundering sleuth. I can see how Edwards would be very worried and busy with two small children and a sick wife.
But that does not explain the silence of the Dean, or the Sharpton. Silence from them is definitely out of character.

The only thing that I can think of to explain the silence and acquiescence of our usually feisty Leadership is that they have been told not to make waves that would interfere with an ongoing "Homeland Security" investigation.

Perhaps they have been told that it is likely that there has been widespread tampering of the election results, paid for by a foreign power, and that they are to do nothing that would alarm the perps sp they will be lulled so they will not completely clean the evidence before the investigators get there.

There are gag rules in the Patriot Act that subject a person to criminal penalties if they disclose that there is an investigation or that a request has been made for Records. I wonder if there are likewise gag rules about disclosing that an investigation is underway.

So there are "leaks" here and there about FBI activity.

However what if there real FBI investigation, but to be conducted over a very long period of time.

The Patroit Act could be used to muzzle the Dems indefinately in the New Bush America.

I don't know that I buy into that theory, but add Jessie Jackson. To hear that he declared Bush the winner "fair and square" was more unsettling than most anything else. Jackson, of anyone, should be fighting the lack of voting machines in black neighborhoods, the efforts in Florida to limit early black votes and the existence of the felony lists that focused almost entirely on black voters. Nevermind the result tampering, there was significant racially motivated efforts than I can recall in all of my voting history.

And he said that was "fair"?????

When did Jackson say that? I thought he was having a rally in Ohio today.

Jason,

I had that same theory the first 2 weeks post theft day. I guess it could still be true BUT I seriously doubt it now. Bush has done so much changing his cabinet, etc., I doubt he would go that far to uncover the truth. I am now believing the sellout theory. I don't think Kerry was involved, but I do question the DNC.

Supposedly he said it on CNN recently. I didn't hear it, but I read that in a thread. IF it's true that he said it....... then I have to admit that I am totally mystified.

Don't bet your house on this being true!
