I'm listening to a guy named Mike Webb and he is a liberal and a guy called in earlier and said that he has seen other Bin Laden tapes and they looked different from this new one and how it came out at the perfect time for Bush to get so many votes. The person said that in the past Bin Laden was outside and not inside and his video footage was not as clear but very staticy. Also if you look on Bin Laden's profile on the FBI site on him he is left handed and he used his right hand in the latest video tape and his nose looks bigger in the video tape. Do you guys think I'm nuts or do you think it's a Rove dirty trick? After watching "Bush's Brain" I know he is capable of ANYTHING to win.

Anything's possible. I guess I saw enough survey evidence to indicate that the Bin Laden tape either didn't help Bush or could have helped Kerry. JK's numbers had a micro-surge (anywhere from 1 to 3 points) in most polls in the last four days of the campaign.

If you accept that the Bush family and the Bin Laden family have close ties, and the possibility that Osama Bin Laden has been working together with Bush all along in making these videos and leaking them out through Al-Jazeera. Then I guess you would think the video was planned by the Bush administration for the election. If that is the case, then maybe Osama Bin Laden is here in the US hidden somewhere. Maybe he is a guest at the Crawford Texas ranch?

Actually, it is curious how the Bush administration knew immediately Osama Bin Laden was responsible for 9.11 long before Bin Laden claimed any responsibility. They even showed a false tape Bin Laden with the face of a look-alike who clearly looked nothing like him taking responsibility.

The part of the tape that got lost in the election hubbud Tuesday was on Yahoo for a brief while.
What we didn't hear when the tape first came out was Bin Laden's comment about how bad the U.S. economy will get because of our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He actually talked about how much "bang for the buck"-my words, they get for every dollar spent on terrorism versus what we get. He also commented that they will bleed us dry like they did the Soviets. I found the comments fascinating since right before this transcript came out bush announced he wanted to ask Congress to raise the debt ceiling.

I don't know about the bin laden tape but what in the world happened to the tape that came in before OBL? The one that warned there would be blood running in the streets. Has anyone heard anything else about that? It is like oh well never mind....

I am simply replying to the notion that the Bush administration was responsible for the timing of the latest Osama Bin Laden tape. These tapes are always leaked through Al-Jazeera. If you accept that the Bush administration was behind the timing of latest tape then you are inevitably logically accepting that the Bush administration is not only leaking the tapes but working together with Osama Bin Laden to make these tapes, which is the essence of what I wrote.

This list is to far into the urban legends.

I found this site not long after the OBL tape came out. They're now talking about an attack after the religious holiday is over. On either the 11th or 12th of November. This makes sense to me since here our country is bombing them during their religious holiday. That would be like them attacking us on Christmas or Easter (for those of us who celebrate those holidays). Makes me really angry that our administration has no respect for any religion except the one that they believe in.

In all fairness, neither do warring “Islamic nations”. They particularly attack each other on religious holidays to gain tactical advantage and the initiative through surprise.

In my view, the bin Laden tape SHOULD have assured Kerry of a victory. It was an obvious reminder that Bush dropped the ball on fighting our real enemy in favor of chasing after WMDs that never existed in a country unrelated to our 9/11 attack.

Everyone please note BenLaden's history. He is correct that he was part of the effort to bleed the USSR dry. He is correct also in the fact that he is winning in the effort to bleed the US dry. I read the transcript of the uneditted Bin Laden video somewhere. I thought it was here. If the US had been shown the undoctored video Bush would not have been reelected. Of course, I'm one of those that still doubts that he was.
