I have been following as many of the Vote irregularities postings here and at DU, and Daily Kos. They are dense, weighty, and I'm looking for or wondering if there is a simplified way to present the material. I'd like to post to some of my blogs, and want to target audiences that don't have enough interest to read through involved and weighty articles....(you know, the IQ factor, and KISS principle).

I'm sure some clever souls here have encapsulated the vast information into a simple, quickly visible graph or chart or talking point or outline. Can then attempt to work on raising the doubt level of the non-believers.

Anyone know of something that can be readily pointed out for me...urls, etc?

I have been trying to hunt down this information but have all but given up. There are some stats that you would need to reach a firm conclusion that they will not provide. The information needed would be...

Each of the following county by county:
---------------------------------------------

i. # Declared Republicans
ii. # Declared Democrats
iii. # Of Bush Votes
iv. # Of Kerry Votes
v. Machine Type
vi. Machine Manufacturer

If you could put all of that together county by county for each state, I would be able to do some serious number crunching and reach a firm conclusion. Perhaps I just don't have the connections to get all of this data for every state (I've only been able to get all of it for Florida thus far). If you can get this then you can email me with the info and I will do the crunching for you.

Does this help?

I like this one too. It's lengthy, but has a few sentences about everything:

Thanks Jillinaz, the map ought to do it. Appreciate the article, but given I'm trying to target a population that will likely spend 1 minute viewing, the map ought to clinch it. And thank you CRward for the time you put in, trying to lend a hand. I appreciate where you were going with the direction, but it's more work than I want to give for the non-believers. Although for the believers, it's a worth-while endeavor.

Jillinaz posted with a url link to a map showing the trouble spots, and that ought to do the trick, given the non-believers will likely spend about 1 minute reading.

Duty Calls,

Be careful when presenting the map with tactical voting machine problems in order to demonstrate that the election was hijacked.

The demon here, if indeed the Republicans stole this and the previous two elections, is not tactical but strategic. The more likely crime which has stolen the election is the strategy of manipulating the much fewer tablulating computers by Republican hackers. It has already been demonstrated that these hackers could have hacked in at any point to manipulate the vote tallies for Bush and Kerry, and then hacked in again a while later to remove the traces of the code changing that they had done, covering their tracks.

However, Jesse Jackson's statement indicates that he at least is on to this, and intends to use computer forensics to review the tabulator machines IF HE IS GRANTED ACCESS TO THE TABULATING COMPUTERS. Forensics may indicate the activity that the hackers had hoped to have fully erased.

If forensics indicates this on any machine ANYWHERE, the Presidential, Senate, and House campaigns of the last 8-12 years must ALL be called into question, not to mention that the Republicans will have pushed America to third world dictator status in the eyes of the public and the rest of the world.
